Cancellation Policy
- Prepayment of one nights stay will confirm your reservation for one night.
- We realize that there are certain situations that occur, but we must cover ourselves because of the short tourist season. July and August cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit less a $50.00 re- booking fee.
- Off season cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit less a $50.00 re-booking fee.
- Guests checking out prior to the last day of the reservation will be charged for the full reservation period.
All rooms have
lock & key, thermostat, telephone jacks, and ceiling fans.
